Why do we have this? - Because we don't want any one to miss out on their treatments
All scheduled appointments are confirmed complimentary with email, txt or phone call 24hrs prior to appointment. Late cancellations make it very difficult to place another important client into that time slot when we get calls and emails regularly to book in. Due to lack of consideration of some clients please check below our new booking policy. Also please check dates and times carefully before confirming an appointment as a cancellation fee applies for all late cancellations.
First Cancellation
Is acceptable, as we know that other things happen and people have to cancel occasionally
Second Cancellation
Is noted on file
Third Cancellation
Next and future bookings will be pre paid only. (You could pay with credit card)
No Shows
All clients that do not show (with out even cancelling) for the scheduled appointment will have to Pre-Pay all their future appointments.
